WhatsApp Pilot helps Shopify merchants add a floating WhatsApp button and manage order and customer WhatsApp messages from Shopify Admin.

After you install the app, you can also open Support inside Shopify Admin for setup FAQs.

Basic widget setup

Open Settings and save your WhatsApp contact number and default message.
Open Floating Widget and adjust position, size, colors, and greeting text.
In the theme editor, enable the WhatsApp Pilot app embed and save the theme.
Open your storefront, confirm the floating button appears, and tap it to open WhatsApp.

About this version

The storefront widget is click-to-chat. It uses the WhatsApp number the merchant saves in Admin.
Order Confirmation and related automations are configured in Admin. Customer order data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
