About WhatsApp Pilot

WhatsApp Pilot is built by E-SAFQA, a digital marketing agency based in Amman, Jordan. We manage paid acquisition and Shopify stores for merchants in Jordan, the Gulf and beyond, and WhatsApp is the channel their customers answer first.

We built WhatsApp Pilot to give every Shopify store the three things our own clients kept asking for: a WhatsApp button that fits the theme, order confirmations that customers actually read, and recovery reminders that only go to people who asked for them, in Arabic or English.

The app is a Shopify embedded app with a Theme App Extension, uses Shopify Billing for payments, and follows Shopify's protected customer data rules. The feature statements on this site are checked against the released app before publication.
