Demand by product and by variant
Products are grouped and ranked by waiting requests. Open a product to see each variant with its SKU, its waiting count, whether it is available now, the quantity on hand in Shopify and the date of the last request.

Find what you need
- Search by product name, variant or SKU.
- Filter by availability: all, available or unavailable.
- Filter by date range.
- Sort by highest demand or by product name.
- Long lists are split into pages of ten products.
- The list works on a phone as well as on a desktop.
- Open the product in Shopify Admin with one click.
How to read it
A waiting request is a shopper who asked to be told when a variant returns. It is a signal of interest, not a guaranteed purchase. Use it to decide what to reorder first and in which sizes or colors.

Frequently asked questions
Can merchants see which product variants have the most demand?
Yes. Product Demand ranks products by waiting requests and shows the count for every variant, with the most requested variant highlighted.
Does Product Demand show stock levels?
Yes. Each variant row shows whether it is available and the quantity on hand in Shopify, next to the number of shoppers waiting for it.
Where does the data come from?
From back-in-stock requests that shoppers send on WhatsApp through the product button. Each request is stored against the variant the shopper selected.
Does a waiting request mean a sale?
No. It shows interest. Some shoppers will buy when the variant returns and some will not.
Is Product Demand included in the Free plan?
No. Product Demand, including variant-level analytics, is a Pro feature.
Does it forecast demand or create purchase orders?
No. It reports the requests you received. Reordering decisions stay with you.
