- Downgrade to Free in the app at any time. Live automations stop sending; your drafts and settings are kept.
- There is no free trial and no setup fee.
- WhatsApp itself may apply its own terms to your number; WhatsApp Pilot does not add per-message charges.

Are the product button and back-in-stock alerts available on Free?
No. The Smart Product WhatsApp Button, back-in-stock requests, restock notifications and Product Demand are Pro only. Free includes the floating WhatsApp widget.
Is there a trial?
No. The Free plan has no time limit, so you can test the widget for as long as you like before upgrading.
Are there per-message fees?
WhatsApp Pilot charges a flat Pro price. There are no per-message or per-conversation fees from the app.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Plan page inside the app. The downgrade is prorated by Shopify.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Shopify converts them on your invoice where applicable.
