Saudi couriers tracking guide: where to track each parcel
Each courier in Saudi Arabia has its own official tracking page: Zajil, J&T, Naqel, iMile, DHL, Aramex and SMSA all ask for their own number. A Shopify store should save the right number and link on the order, then send it on WhatsApp automatically so customers stop asking.

Where do customers track each courier?
The table lists the official tracking page of each courier and what it asks for, checked on 22 October 2026. Searches for a courier name plus the word tracking also return many third-party tracking sites, so the official links below are worth sending to customers directly.

How do I track a Zajil shipment?
Zajil's home page has two routes. The first is a Tracking Number box with a Track button. The second, under Manage Shipments, asks for your mobile number, sends a verification code to it and then shows your current shipments, so a customer without the number can still find the parcel. Zajil's app page also describes in-app or SMS notifications, depending on location, that cover ETAs, proof of delivery and proactive delay reports.
How do I track J&T Express and iMile shipments?
J&T Express runs its Saudi site as part of J&T Express Middle East at jtexpress.me/KSA. The tracking box there asks you to enter your waybill number to track the shipment status in real time, and the site also promotes an app.
iMile has a Saudi tracking page at imile.com/SA-en/track with a Track Your Order field, which asks you to type your order number. Use the number iMile or your shipping account gave you for the parcel, and not the Shopify order number unless you know they match.
How do I track Naqel and DHL shipments?
Naqel's tracking page accepts Waybills / Reference Numbers and shows the shipment number, destination, expected delivery, current status, pickup date, payment method and piece count, along a Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered line. Naqel lists a toll-free number for Saudi Arabia, 8002464444, and call-centre hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
DHL's Saudi tracking page has a single Track and Trace box for your tracking number, and Shopify names DHL among the carriers it recognises. On DHL's page, adding ?tracking-id= and the number to the address pre-fills the box, which makes a handy link for customers.
Aramex vs SMSA: which is easier for customers to track?
Both are easy for a customer who has the number. The differences are in what comes with it. This comparison covers tracking only, and says nothing about rates or delivery speed, which we did not verify.

Which of these couriers does Shopify recognise?
Shopify recognises tracking numbers from hundreds of carriers and can build the link for you. As of 22 October 2026, the list of supported tracking companies in its developer documentation names DHL Express, but not SMSA, Saudi Post (SPL), Naqel, Zajil, J&T or iMile, and names Aramex only as Aramex Australia. For a courier that is missing, choose Other in the Shipping carrier list and paste the full tracking URL with the number in it, as Shopify's help center describes.
We did not verify a per-parcel address for Zajil, Naqel, J&T or iMile. Use the link your courier or shipping account gives you, or send customers to the courier's tracking page together with the number as plain text.
How do I send any courier's tracking on WhatsApp automatically?
Save the courier and number on the Shopify fulfillment, then let an app send them. WhatsApp Pilot, a Shopify app by E-SAFQA, sends an Order Fulfillment notice from your own WhatsApp number on the Pro plan (USD 15 every 30 days), with the carrier, tracking number and tracking link when Shopify has them. It does not connect to any courier: it works for Zajil, Naqel, J&T or iMile exactly as it does for SMSA, because it only reads what is on the Shopify order.
If the number arrives after you fulfill, the optional Tracking Update sends one follow-up. WhatsApp Pilot sends no out-for-delivery or delivered messages, and a linked device gives no delivered or read receipts. Message History shows what was sent or skipped.

- Zajil: the tracking number the courier gives the parcel.
- J&T Express: the waybill number.
- Naqel: the waybill number, or the reference number if the shipment is registered with one.
- iMile: the number iMile gave you for the parcel.

- Aramex: the shipment number.
- SMSA: the tracking number.

How do I track a Naqel shipment?
Open Naqel's tracking page and enter the waybill or reference number. It shows the status along the Picked Up, In Transit and Delivered steps.
Which is better for tracking, Aramex or SMSA?
Both track by number on their websites and have apps. Aramex adds a by-reference search and SMS or email delivery notices, while SMSA's app signs in by mobile number.
Does WhatsApp Pilot work with every courier?
It works with whatever carrier and tracking number you save in Shopify, because it does not connect to couriers. A courier missing from Shopify's list can be entered as Other with a tracking URL.
